This souvenir spoon is for Antwerp, Belgium and was made in Holland. It is silverplate with an ornate stem that is in the Greek column style and is topped with a figural of the Antwerp City Hall. The bowl is etched with a swirl and leaf design. It is 4.5 inches long.
The spoon is marked with Made in Holland, Silverplated, and has two hallmarks. One is a shield with W E on it and the other I can't make out.
