When I purchased this spoon, I didn't notice the Vernon, BC etched in the bowl. I thought it was from an Islamic country. Now I realize this is a Masonic spoon and the symbols Masonic. The colors are cloisonne and the rest is sterling silver as marked on the back. It was made by BMCo in Canada. It is just over 4 inches long and is in very good vintage condition.
