"20 years defending everyone's health". The design is a seal with a ball decorated with a blue cross. The plate is 8½ inches in diameter and all hand painted in blue on white. It is signed on the back under glaze Domingo Punter Teruel. Condition is perfect. The plate was made with holes in the back for threading a hanging wire or cord. Teruel is a pottery center in the province of Aragon in Spain. Domingo Punter & Sons is one of them.
