Not sure how to translate this. I am assuming it is in Dutch. Maybe it is a house of embroidery with a dwarfs house attached that is in Groningse. It is a ceramic tile in an off-white clay with brown design (probably transfer) under glaze.
It was made by Nederlandse Stikstof, Maatschappy NV of Brussels, Sluiskil, Den Haag. It is signed with a PS or SP, a crown and Schoonhoven, Holland. On the front of the tile is SP 80. It is 6 inches square. Condition is without damage.
