An acetate souvenir scarf commemorating the eleventh Commonwealth Games held in Canada in 1978. The scarf is 27 inches square with machine hem. It is white with the 1978 logo in red and blue, They are tiny in the center radiating out to large logos at the outside. XI Commonwealth Games Canada 1978 is printed around the border. The scarf is hand washable and was made in Japan. Condition is probably never used.
