A very cute tip or card tray or a picture to hang. This framed piece shows the famous Gothic City Hall in Brussels (Bruxelles), Belgium. The Hall is made of Brussels lace. The tray or picture is mahogany colored wooden frame, oval and ornate. The lace is attached to a burgundy backing. There is a hook if you want to hang this and a predrilled hole if you wish to attach another hook. The current placement is for N/S hanging. For hanging it needs to be E/W.
