This pin is a collectible Lions Club pin that features the flags of the USA and Canada with the 3 circles representing British Columbia, Washington and Northern Idaho. The pin was issued for the 1979 international Lions Club convention in Montreal and is so marked.
It is enamel on metal and is about 2 x 2 inches. It has a safety clasp on the back. Condition is very good. There is a tiny speck of enamel missing under the US flag.
